Lawn Care Team Member - Versailles, KY

We are seeking dedicated Lawn Care Team Members to join our team. Lawn Care Team Members will be responsible for various outdoor tasks related to lawn care and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew in performing lawn care and grounds maintenance
- Oversee lawn maintenance activities including mowing, trimming and general lawn maintenance.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Manage equipment and tools to ensure they are properly maintained
- Assist in the design and build of landscapes as needed

 

Requirements:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Team player who is motivated by the success of the team 
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and able to lift/carry 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
